Beer Guide London statistics 2023
We started 2023 with 312 Guide entries (this includes pubs, brewery taps, tap rooms, bottle shop bars, etc.) and we end the year with 315, so a net increase of 3 places.
We added 30 new (or re-opened) places (par for the course since 2020, but far below the pre-pandemic annual average) but balancing these new places were 27 deletions (thankfully down from the 2022 figure of 46). Notable this year is the number of places deleted due to a reduction in beer range, as opposed to closure.
