Cavernous pub with specialist Belgian/Dutch bar upstairs.

Jezza says

This place is quite remarkable - definitely not the sort of pub where you'd normally expect to find such a fantastic range of beers. Even without its ‘Proeflokaal Rembrandt’ bar upstairs, this huge corner pub would be worthy of an entry in the Guide. The 20 keg lines downstairs include many excellent choices; there are a couple of cask beers, and the fridges have c.40 bottles and cans. Upstairs there are another 12 keg beers (4 from La Trappe are duplicates of beers available downstairs), and c.80+ in the fridges. The quality of the draft beers upstairs is stellar, including beers from De Molen, Het Uiltje , ‘t Ij and Jopen when we visited, alongside the La Trappe beers. This is one of the best beer selections in London and fully deserves its 'top pick' status in the Guide. Note that the pub is very popular pre- and post-match at nearby Chelsea FC, so you may wish to time your visit accordingly. Also, the upstairs Proeflokaal is only open Friday evenings from 5pm and all day Sat-Sun. It does, however, have its own website here

The Bolton is a large, spacious corner pub that has an interesting range of beers on tap that make it worth a visit, but go at the weekend and it reveals it's hidden secret - upstairs is the Dutch bar Proeflokaal Rembrandt. There are 12 taps of Dutch beer curated by the affable and knowledgeable owner Eric. He uses his contacts in his homeland to source a quite simply amazing range of Dutch beers. As well as the quality beers on tap the fridges are stocked with the big hitters together with bottles from some breweries I have never seen outside of The Netherlands. Quite simply this is an absolute must visit if you like Dutch beer, or if you want an excellent introduction to the thriving Dutch beer scene. And the Dutch bar snacks are 100% authentic!
