Zeitgeist has been around for years – way before London’s beer scene exploded – but we are finally putting it into the Guide after a very enjoyable revisit. The draft offer was ok with some highlights, but the bottled list is where most of the gems are to be found. Check out the big fridge down the back as it’s not that easy to see exactly what’s in the fridges behind the bar. Live Bundesliga football and a hearty (though pork free) German menu completes the offer. On the basis of our recent research, this sizeable pub rivals Octoberfest in Parsons Green for the title of ‘best bottled German list in London’.
