Earth Tap

Earth Tap

London’s first tap room in a double decker bus.
Jezza says
Parked just a minute or so from Wood Green tube (take the road directly opposite the station, and Blue House Yard is on the right) this is one of the quirkiest beer venues in the capital. The bus operates as a café all day every day from 12 noon. Beer is available all day, though the emphasis gently shifts from coffee and cakes to beer as the day progresses. There are 10 drafts, at present comprising a couple of their own beers plus guests, though the balance will change in favour of Earth Ale beers in due course once brewing ramps up (note, the brewery is not on this site, but is located just up the road). You get your beer at the counter on the lower deck, and go upstairs to take a seat. Note, taller people can’t stand up straight due to the low ceilings! Board games are available, and the staff are friendly and engaging. One of my favourite new venues so far this year, especially as all beers are available in thirds.
