Tap room for the fantastic Kernel Brewery.

Jezza says

The Kernel tap room is back, in what appears to be a separate space a couple of doors down, but which is actually linked (at the back) to the brewery. This new set up works really well, as there’s much more space, the tap room doesn’t interfere as much with other brewery operations, and the hours are vastly expanded. The beer is exceptional, and available in a range of different measures, all priced very fairly. The space is great, and as ever, this project has been brilliantly executed by Evin and his team. NB: there's now a shop at the front of the taproom, open longer hours, every day of the week, for take away bottles - see website for precise times.

Steve says

One of the founders of the mile Kernel dropped out for a while until they were able to find a more suitable space. And what a space! A perfectly designed tap room, light spacious and with seating on two levels plus outside. And then there are the beers, 18 taps plus packaged beers and an occasional cask ale. Always of a consistently high standard and reasonably priced. There is a reason why Kernel have such a high reputation, and it is thoroughly deserved. A must visit.
