April 2022 update: unfortunately brewing under the name Sly Beast has stopped so we are not sure if the beer range will reman Guide worthy. Reports welcome.

Former flagship pub for Young's attached to the sadly departed Ram Brewery. Now sympathetically refurbished and home to SlyBeast brewery whose smart brewkit is visible in the bar area. The beers they are producing are excellent which bodes well for the future. I haven't tried the food yet but I have it on good authority (my In-Laws) that it is very good.
