This bar in a tiny unit just round the corner from Hayes station is similar to a micropub in many ways, but very different in a couple of crucial areas. Firstly, they only serve keg beers, and secondly they play music. That said, the beer list was pretty good when we visited and the atmosphere excellent, so it’s well worth a visit – especially if visiting nearby The Real Ale Way, a traditional micropub just round the corner. Note, they work with Ciao Pizza, also just round the corner – on Tue to Thu evenings you can order your pizza at the bar and they will deliver it to your table. The pizza is very good, by the way (and the pizza place serves beers from Birra Baladin in Italy).
