April 2023: we are not sure what is happening in the East Lodge - reports welcome. Prices here are very fair – especially for the great value cask beers, always served in excellent condition. There's a small seating areas upstairs, and substantial outside space as well.

Bar in the iconic gatehouse outside Euston station. It's a very small space inside, but there is additional seating if you ascend the spiral staircase. However, recently, they have greatly expanded the outside seating area, pretty much doubling the capacity. The beer range is what you expect from a pub in the Tap family with up to 7 cask ales and up to 19 taps. The packaged range, though, has diminished over the years. A shame as it was a great place to stock up before your train North.
